All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All shipping options and rates are subject to potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of The Gift of Paper’s control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate standard/economy shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping within the United States. We offer free standard/economy rate shipping for orders over $75. All
We do not offer $5 flat rate international shipping. All international shipments are subject to international shipping rates in accordance with the recipient's shipping address.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Gift of Paper is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer@thegiftofpaper.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you. If your order was intercepted incorrectly, we will reship your order free of charge and taxes.
We do not ship to P.O boxes at this time.
Due to the delicate nature of stationery product handling, we do not issue returns in any form.
We accept exchanges up to 14 days after delivery in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way. Exchanges to due transit damage will be provided with the full value of the items being exchanged in addition to the shipping costs for the return.
Please email us as soon as possible at customer@thegiftofpaper.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our current shipping procedures, at this time we are unable to process order changes or address changes once an order has been submitted.
Once an order has been placed on our site, the information is sent to our warehouse to begin the packing and shipping process. Once this process has begun, your order is one of many being worked on, and locating it to make a change is often similar to finding a needle in a haystack.
This means we are unable to complete these change requests, and we're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
